Q: What is Dollars4Debits?
A: Dollars4Debits are extra rewards earned by using your First Federal Debit Card to purchase merchandise and services. Through this Program, First Federal Debit Card holders
are able to receive targeted offers for cash back on purchases at designated retailers.
Q: Why is the Dollars4Debits program being discontinued?
A: The Dollars4Debits program was terminated on December 31, 2010 due to technological issues with the program vendor. We hope to offer a new rewards program in the coming months.
Q: How do I redeem offers?
A: To receive rewards, you click the offer in your Online Banking Account Summary screen. Once you click on the offer, your debit card is activated. When you visit that merchant, simply use your First Federal debit card to pay for the transaction. Clearly marked online redemption codes may be needed for offers at online stores. The last day to redeem offers was December 31, 2010.
Q: What happens with offers I have already activated once the program ends?
A: December 31, 2010 was the last day to redeem active offers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will not be able to access the Dollars4Debits Summary page after December 31, 2010.
Prior to the end of year, please print and save a copy of all your active offers to assist you with any questions. To do this, simply log in to online banking, click on the link labeled “See all your Offers” in the Dollars4Debits box on the right, then click on “See Full Offer” for each active offer shown in the SHOP column. Once the details of all offers are displayed, click on “Print Your Offers” in the upper right corner of the page and save this information in case any questions arise about your active offers or rewards earned.
Q: When do I receive the cash for the offers I redeem?
A: Your cash rewards are deposited to your account the month after your offers were redeemed. Since we do not share your personal information with retailers, we cannot credit your account immediately at the time of purchase.
Q: Is my personal information shared with retailers?
A: No. Your personal information is not shared with retailers. In fact, no personal information leaves First Federal.
Q: Why don’t I have any offers?
A: Offers are based on how you currently shop to ensure the offers you receive are relevant. The more you use your First Federal Debit Card, the more chances you will have to receive relevant offers! If you cannot access the
"Dollars4Debits™ Summary" page, you are not enrolled in Dollars4Debits.
