With First Federal Business Online Banking, we're excited for you to experience enhanced business online banking. Included below is specific
information about how to access your business online banking leading up to the August 24-26 conversion weekend and thereafter.
Prior to Monday, August 27, you will need to complete the
Business Online Banking Enrollment Form. This form
will need to be completed and returned before we can give you access to your accounts in our Online Banking system.
Following the enrollment process, please review Online Banking and Bill Pay items below to further prepare for the conversion weekend. In addition, you may
want to make a copy or take note of all your payees, due dates, and any additional information within your business online banking:
Online Transfers: Transfers set up between accounts after August 24 will need to be re-established.
All recurring and scheduled bill payments that are currently set up to pay will need to be re-established, as well as all bill pay payees.
ACH (Payroll and Collections):
Template and recipient information will need to be re-entered on the new system.

Remote Deposit Capture:
Customers will need to be set up on the new system.
Please note the following dates:
Friday, August 24: New bill payment requests may no longer be scheduled. All future dated payments will not process and will need to be set up within First Federal Banking on
Monday, August 27. ACH, Wire Transfer and Tax Payments should not have a future date beyond August 24. Future dated and recurring Book Transfers will need
to be re-entered on the new system.

At 5:30pm, all transfers between online accounts will be unavailable on Plantation Federal Bank Online Banking.
Monday, August 27:
If your Business Online Banking Enrollment Form has been returned, you will be able to log into First Federal Online Banking.
